after the first final exam was given, the atmosphere changed, it's as if everyone was attending a funeral.
people were in tears. why? because the exam was FREAKING hard.

it's like put tang in a glass of water and drink it!

thank God, man learned how to make cheeseburgers.

'twas my saving grace that night. a cheeseburger meal at mcdo.

actually, we went straight to mcdonald's to get ourselves a happy meal.
we did that to forget how demonic that examination was. no amunt of memorization and studying could have assured us in passing that hellish exam.

It's very hard to prove a criminal case. It really is. Kaya kapag ang isang abogado nasa side ng naghahabla, the first thing that he should tell his client, "mahihirapan po tayo rito." Sa kabilang banda, kapag nasa depensa naman ng isang akusado ang isang abogado, might as well sabihin na nya sa kanyang kliyente na, "sure win na tayo rito." That's it. 'Yun talaga yun. According to my prof, that is the common scenario in a criminal case, kasi nga it's very hard to rely on evidence when it comes to dealing with criminal cases. Kailangan yung ebidensya mo eh beyong reasonable doubt. As in!!! Bukod pa roon, the penal laws are generally on the side of the accused. Hindi ko alam kung papano ko ipapaliwanag dito sa entry na ito yung rationale, unless I cite the entire part of my textbook on Criminal Law. Oh well, basta... mahirap humawak ng kasong may kinalaman sa krimen.

So, san ba nanggaling ang lahat ng ka-random-an ng entry na to? hahaha... nabasa ko kasi sa pep that the widow of Richard Gutierrez' PA who died in the incident would file a criminal case against him. Tapos ayun na, chain reaction. In my opinion, the criminal case wouldn't prosper however in the civil case that would also be filed, I think they would have a chance. Yun lang. Pero syempre, who am I to say whta would happen in the cases filed di ba? Oh well, kanya-kanya! Sabi nga ng isang kaibigan and I quote, "walang basagan ng trip!"

HAHAHA.

I can't help but blog about this. Persons and Family relation cases cause me to laugh as if there's no tomorrow because of their hilarious situations and overly dramatic nature ( imagine, there was a petition for the annulment of marriage just because of the size of the penis of the man. DUH?! ) ; Consti cases lure me to sleep because of their length and wall-like nature ( try reading 100 or more pages for a single case. AMF!!! )  then, Criminal cases bring tears to my eyes. They really do. It is because real people are involved and their lives were really taken. For instance, this particular case of  of People of the Republic of the Philippines vs. Pugay (167 SCRA 439) , really made me cry. It was about a 25 year old retarded man who was burned alive simply because the accused made fun of him. Sobra. I can just imagine a retardate being burned alive in front of many people. Grabe... sobra lang talaga. 'Twas one of the cases that really made a mark on me. Nakakaiyak lang talaga. I feel for the retardate. Naaawa ako sa kanya kasi super pinagtripan sya, tapos he was burned alive in front of many people, during their town fiesta. Parang ako habang binabasa ko yung case...super affected. Wala lang... ang tindi kasi ng dating eh. Retarded na nga yung tao tapos ganun pa. Nakakaiyak lang talaga.

Speaking of which, alam nyo ba na galit sa babae ang Criminal Law prof ko na si J**** E*r**. haha... kaya nga kapag Crim1, kailangang nasa likod ang mga babae. Kailangang mukha kaming haggard, kahit hindi naman talaga. Kailangan mukha kaming problemado at nalugi ng limang milyong piso. KAILANGAN YUN. Kung hindi, we'll fail. Proven fact na yun. We do not want to risk it noh?!

Anyway, I've been having perfect days. Grabe. Blessing talaga. Sana mamaya, perfect day uli. Sa tinging ko malaki ang naitutulong ng pakikinig na "Perfect Day" ni Hoku, everyday. haha.
